She has been a loyal Starbucks customer. Not anymore. A few weeks ago, Vicki Reveron, a New York native woman, was shocked when her ordered morning cup of frappuccino had the word B... written on it, instead of her name, by a Starbucks employee.
A Starbucks spokesman said the company has apologized numerous times for the incident, but Reveron said she stopped ordering from Starbucks and switched to the competition because of the mistreatment.
