Talking about Arabica coffee beans it's worth to mention that not all Arabica beans are created equal. Arabica coffee from different regions and farms even in the very same country and areas vary dramatically.
Likewise, Colombian coffee often is said to be superior quality, but not all coffee from Colombia is of top quality. Some farms are known to produce better lots and are awarded by traders for the quality of certain micro-lots determined by professional cuppers.
A misconception is rating Supremo Colombian beans for better quality, while this is just the bean size (a larger size), which does not determine the quality of the fruit. It's the unique characteristics of the beans, the intensity, the fragrance, body, flavors, aromas that give the coffee beans their value; not the size of the beans.
