Coffee serves as an energy booster in the short run, but does it benefit your health in the long term?
According to a recent study, coffee may help against depression. At least if you are a woman.
The newly released study found that women who regularly consume 4 or more cups of coffee a day "have a 20 percent lower risk of developing depression," according to a Reuters report.
