Tanzainan Peaberry Coffee
I have enjoyed great Tanzania Peaberry coffee that had a mild body, low acidity, good balance and a great finish, floral with citric notes and a smooth chocolate aftertaste. VERY flavorful and juicy. All in all, a great quality Arabica coffee.
Unlike some descriptions of Tanzania Peaberries that I've seen around, mine were definitely very low in acidity, as mentioned above.
Tanzanian coffee grows on Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, near Kenya. It is known for its rich aroma. Peaberries are coffee "cherries" that have only a single "berry" instead of two facing each other. The peaberries are more round in shape.
