Black and Decker - Single Serve Coffeemaker W/ Plastic Mug

B & D Single Serve Coffee Machine - W/ "Stainless Steel" Mug

This single serve Black&Decker coffeemaker brews a single serving of coffee straight into a 15-once thermal coffee mug that comes with a lid and easy-grip handle.

The electric coffee maker can also heat water for tea, hot chocolate, or instant foods like noodles, soup, or oatmeal.

The Brew 'n Go coffee maker is small and compact and fits easily on the counter-top or office deck not taking up much space. You can use it as an "on the go" travel coffee maker as well.

It features an automatic shut-off and on-off switch. It includes a permanent reusable filter, so no need to use paper filters, although you can use also a #1, #2 or other size disposable paper-filter with the coffee maker.

The Black and Decker coffeemachine is practical as a personal basic coffee maker for home or office for people who need only one single serve mug of coffee.

The coffee maker brews quickly and it makes hot coffee. It is not hard to clean and there’s no mess of paper filters if you use the permanent filter; if you use paper filters the coffee maker is even less messy. There’s also no coffee pot or carafe to wash.

Note: use coarser ground for this Black and Decker coffemaker to avoid coffee grounds getting into the water reservoir and the mug.

You can use your own ceramic or other coffee mug that fits well into the coffee maker.

Be careful when pouring water in the reservoir as its opening is small and the water may spill.

The Black & Decker coffee machine is very reasonably priced at $21.25 on Amazon’s site at the time of this writing.

This is another small single serve electric coffee maker, similar to the B&D DCM18 model reviewed above, but this one has a "stainless steel" coffee mug, which is reportedly not really stainless steel but only on the outside while inside it is lined with plastic.

The coffee maker has a nice look and is easy to use. It can be used for home and office or as a travel coffee maker. It brews straight into the mug.

It can also heat water for tea, hot chocolate, and instant foods like oatmeal and soup.

It has an auto shut-off features and it includes a permanent reusable filter (the company says it's dishwasher-safe), but can also take paper filters.

It is a very affordable single serve coffee maker, though, so you may want to give it a try for that price.
